At GetBlackPlates, we are committed to providing you with reliable and efficient shipping services for our vinyl wrap license plates. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Processing Time
- Weekly Shipping Schedule: We process and ship orders once a week, every Friday.
- Order Cut-Off Time: To have your order included in the week's shipment, please place it by 5:00 PM PST on Thursday.
- Orders Placed After Cut-Off: Orders received after the cut-off time will be shipped on the following week's shipping day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Carriers Used: We ship all orders via UPS or USPS, selecting the most efficient carrier based on your location.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States.
- Packaging: Your vinyl wrap will be securely packaged in a hard envelope mailer to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package through the carrier's website.
Returns and Exchanges
- Free Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@getblackplates.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using the provided instructions. We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, we ship only within the United States.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you promptly.
- Lost Packages: If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
International Shipping
- Not Available: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
