  • Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the necessary details on how and where to send your package.
  • Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Inspection: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
